Joseph Seun Emmanuel is an
award-winning Nigerian journalist, editor, and fashion commentator with over a
decade of experience in digital media and lifestyle journalism. He began his
media career in 2010 as a blogger, steadily building a reputation for insightful
storytelling across fashion, culture, and society.
He rose through the ranks to
become a columnist with Legit.ng (formerly Naij.com), before serving as Deputy
Editor at TheTrentOnline.com, where he played a key role in editorial
leadership and content strategy. In 2015, Seun was appointed the first Editor
of The Sheet, a digital publication founded by youth advocate Toyosi Akerele,
where he helped establish its editorial voice and credibility.
Seun later joined City People
Magazine as Online Editor, gaining prominence for his reviews of fashion,
events, and high-profile social gatherings. During his tenure, he initiated key
digital franchises including City People Fashion and Style, City People Events
and Parties, and City People Photo Pick of the Week, significantly
strengthening the brand’s online presence.
He has covered major fashion
events across Nigeria, including GTBank Fashion Week, Ecobank Adire Fashion
Fair, and The Lekki Coliseum Food and Fashion Week, among others.
In recognition of his impact in

Awards, Europe, in 2018.
